After a storm
After a storm, a roof check and nothing more
You decide whether to file a claim and you deal with your insurer. You are responsible for your deductible. We inspect the roof, photograph it and write an itemized estimate you can share with your insurer, and if you ask, we can meet your adjuster. We are not public adjusters.

The check
What a post-storm check looks like
- 01
Step 1: You text us
The address, the storm, and whether it is leaking now. Photos if you have them.
- 02
Step 2: We wait for safe conditions
We do not climb a wet or windy roof.
- 03
Step 3: We walk and photograph
Ridges, edges, valleys and flashings, plus the gutters.
- 04
Step 4: You get the pictures
With a note: nothing found, repair soon, or repair now.
Questions about storms and insurance
Do I have to file a claim?
No. You decide, and you deal with your insurer.
Can you pay or cover my deductible?
No. The deductible stays with you. Paying it for you is not something a roofer may offer.
Can you handle the claim for me?
No. We are not public adjusters. We photograph the roof and write an itemized estimate you can share with your insurer.
Can I get a temporary cover?
If a roof can be covered safely, we do it and tell you what it costs first.
Ask for a post-storm roof check
Tell us the address and the storm. We set a day when the roof is safe to climb.
