Repairs
Repairs first, and a straight answer if it is time
Most roof leaks start at a flashing, a valley or a handful of shakes, not the whole roof. We find the source, fix it and send photos. If the roof is past repair, we show you why before we write the number.
Shakes, tiles and flashings replaced
Ridge and hip caps tightened
A written note on what else we saw

Where shore roofs leak
Six places to look first
Valleys
Where two slopes meet and carry the most water.
Chimney flashing
The seam between brick and roof moves with the weather.
Dormer corners
Small roofs with many edges to seal.
Ridge and hips
Wind lifts caps first, on exposed houses.
Vent pipes
A cracked boot is a quiet, steady leak.
Gutter edges
Overflow soaks the first courses and the fascia.
If it leaks
What happens when you text us
- 01
Step 1: You send a photo and the address
A photo of the stain or the roof, if you can. We reply with questions, not a sales call.
- 02
Step 2: We call you
To ask where the house is, who has a key and whether it is raining in.
- 03
Step 3: We go up when it is safe
We do not climb a wet or windy roof. If the roof can be covered safely, we cover it.
- 04
Step 4: You get photos and a note
What we found, what we did and what should be fixed next.
